Episode 4 Install Error

I recently purchased episode 4, but when I went to install it I must have run the wrong install program and it switched from version 2.003 back to 2.001. When I realized the mistake and tried to run the real install for episode 4 it tells me that I have to have episode 3 installed first. When I run the Shadowflare program even though it says 2.001 for the version all of the missions and locations for episode 3 are still showing up in my saved game, but it does not allow me to install episode 4 and I no longer have the license codes to re-install episodes 2 and 3. Am I out of luck and have to repurchase episodes 2 and 3 again or is there a way to fix it to install episode 4? Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

You must have run the install for episode 1 instead of 4 to get back to where you're at. I'm pretty sure you'd have to reinstall 2 & 3 first.

You can get to the other areas beyond episode 1 because you had them installed already but you wouldn't be able to go to areas beyond episode 1 in an online game with someone hosting that doesn't have those maps as well. It would boot you.

I would email support with the email address you used to purchase ep's 2 and 3 and see if you can get them emailed to you.

Not sure why they believe that I'm asking for game tips when it is really an install problem. Is that typical of their Tier 1 helpdesk folks?

To be honest I think they abandoned this game long ago and just collect peoples money. Otherwise they would have reduced the price of the game that's 10 years old by now.
